Admission Procedure
New parents are encouraged to visit ACDS during the Open House and Registration held in January. A school visit by both the parent and child is also encouraged so that you may view the school and its programs during a regular school day. Please call the school to set up an appointment for your visit.
Application forms are available at the Open House/Registration in January and may also be obtained any date after that. Applications will be accepted during Open House/Registration. Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received at the school. Please note that applications will not be processed unless all forms are completed and unless the required one (1) month tuition and appropriate application fee are received. Parents will be notified of a child’s admission status by mail in late March.
Regarding Application Fees: An application fee of $50.00 is required for all new students entering the 3 and 4-year-old programs. Second year of enrollment the application fee is $30.00. This application fee and one (1) month tuition must accompany your child’s application. This payment will be considered your first month’s (September) tuition.
PLEASE NOTE: All application fees and Initial Tuition Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Play Day students will incur a $30.00 application fee for any subsequent years of attendance at ACDS. The application fee and the first session’s tuition are due at the time of registration. Tuition for the second and third sessions will be due in December and March, respectively.
In-House Registration for currently enrolled families will take place one week prior to Open House and applications will be accepted at the school.
Tuition Information
Tuition is paid as a yearly fee divided into nine (9) monthly installments. October to May payments are payable on the first of each month.
Please note that we also offer a multiple-child discount of $25 per month per family. To qualify you MUST have two (2) or more children in the 3 year and/or 4 year old programs. |
